About Ymca Of Metro North

The YMCA of Metro North is dedicated to helping our children reach their full potential. Through enriching programs and activities, we foster a sense of belonging and purpose in our youth and provide the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. We also promote healthy living for individuals of all ages through fitness and nutrition programs. Swim Lessons are open for Parent-Child Swim, Private Swim Lessons, Lifeguard Training, and more schedules coming soon. Members can also reserve a swim lane in the pool or sign up for a limited number of family swim time in the indoor and outdoor pool.

Gymnastics classes build strength, flexibility, self-confidence, and coordination. Our 12,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility hosts a variety of programs designed to help children and adults thrive at their own pace while building strength, flexibility, self-confidence, and coordination.

Children will be introduced to a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, tee-ball, floor hockey, gross motor skills, or running, jumping, throwing, and kicking, all in a fun and supportive environment! The class will be held in the gym.
