For over 70 years, Norwell Little League Baseball has been dedicated to providing recreational baseball instruction to Norwell’s youth. Founded in 1950 by Allan Hakanson, Norwell Little League Baseball is a 501-C3 charitable organization that serves children ages 5-15. Through the game of baseball, Norwell Little League strives to instill core values such as teamwork, respect, courtesy, loyalty, and good sportsmanship. 2021 marks Norwell Little League's 71st anniversary and 65th consecutive year of affiliation with Little League of America Baseball (c). An impressive milestone, Norwell Little League was awarded a Gold Certificate of Charter in 2006, which is proudly displayed at the snack bar.
