Our kid's program, founded on the principles of Gracie self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, promotes an active and healthy lifestyle for our young athletes. We believe that the practice of jiu-jitsu is a great way to relieve stress and to train your mind and body to respond calmly to high pressure situations. It is also a great way to meet other kids and learn how to be part of a winning team.
