About Newton Soccer Club

At Newtown Soccer Club, we strive to create a safe and positive environment within which our players can learn, develop, and enjoy the game of soccer. Our Code of Conduct is a written reminder that soccer should be fun for the children while also providing an opportunity to develop important skills such as sportsmanship, trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, and good citizenship. We understand that we can be competitive without sacrificing good behavior, and we will not tolerate any conduct that is detrimental to our players, community, or sport. By following the Code of Conduct, we hope to ensure that all players, coaches, parents, and spectators will be able to enjoy the game in a safe and positive environment. We believe that this will help our players to reach their full potential and will help to foster a strong sense of community within our club.

Newtown Soccer Club Academy Program
Our program will focus on gross & fine motor skills development. At this stage, we will introduce our young players to the basics of soccer. Team play is fostered through group exercises and small-sided non-competitive games. The program is ONCE a week every Saturday.

Recreation Soccer
All NEW teams will be formed for the Fall 2020 season and will remain together for the Spring 2021 season.

Travel Soccer
The objective of the training session is to prepare players for competition. The game shows the tactical, technical, physical and psychosocial development of the player.
