For nearly four decades, the Day-After-Day After School Program (D.A.D.) has been providing reliable, high-quality childcare for elementary school-aged children. D.A.D. is dedicated to helping children reach their developmental milestones in a safe and secure environment, where they can explore creative activities and build trust. D.A.D. has been committed to this mission since 1978. D.A.D. is providing a valuable service to the community by giving parents peace of mind when it comes to their children's after-school care. The program offers enriching and creative activities that promote development in children according to their individual needs. This helps children develop to their fullest potential in an atmosphere of support and trust. The Day-After-Day After School Program has been providing quality childcare to elementary school-aged students since 1978. D.A.D. is committed to providing a safe and secure environment, where children can explore their creativity and develop according to their own needs. Through creative activities and an atmosphere of trust, D.A.D. is helping children reach their developmental milestones.

Athletics
The Athletics Program at D.A.D. takes place in the Horace Mann gymnasium and the Horace Mann field. The gym is open from 3:30 to 5:30 every day. Athletics is a vital part of the D.A.D. curriculum, and a necessary way to unwind after a hard day of learning, and work. Our Athletic coordinators run activities such as Bombardment, "Individge," knockout, and basketball tournaments. Children are given an opportunity to develop skills and enjoy physical activity under the careful supervision of D.A.D. staff.

Arts And Crafts
The art program at D.A.D. is extremely popular. It affords opportunities for children K-6 to express their creativity through multi-media projects. These projects cover a range from cake decorating, basket making, pottery, candle making, beadwork, canvas painting, chocolate making, and flower arrangements. If a child shows a particular artistic talent or interest, they have the chance to work one-on-one with the teachers.

Homework
D.A.D. stresses the importance of homework and quiet study time for our students. There is always a space away from the activity that is going on, that children can use to complete their assignments. Every Tuesday, D.A.D. has D.E.A.R. - "Drop Everything And Read" - where an entire hour is devoted to homework and reading. The staff is also available to help children with any questions that they may have. Our students are provided opportunities to complete their homework on a daily basis.
