The Shamrock Swim Club works to help each swimmer reach their highest potential. Our coaches are dedicated to helping swimmers build strong character and physical development in addition to honing their swimming skills. We understand the importance of winning, but also recognize that it is much more than the place a swimmer finishes in a race. Our commitment to growth and development goes well beyond the pool, helping swimmers become true champions in life.

Shamrock Swim Club believes that swimming should be a challenging, positive, and rewarding experience for all its athletes and their families. Shamrock athletes will learn about personal responsibility and sportsmanship. We believe that every swimmer has to do their part to support their "family" of fellow athletes.

Shamrock coaches will work closely with each and every swimmer to help achieve appropriate personal goals and suggestions on how to achieve them. We also believe that our swimmers need to be well rounded student athletes. We also encourage high school swimming and will be willing to work with high school coaches to ensure the best result in each athlete.
