About Massachusetts Elite Gymnastics Academy

At MEGA in Millis MA, we offer a wide range of gymnastics classes for kids of all ages and skill levels. From toddlers and parents to adults, we have something for everyone. Our classes include toddler and parent classes, preschool classes, recreational classes, adult gymnastics classes, open gyms, and USAG competitive team programs. We also have exciting camps, birthday parties, field trips, fundraising events, and more. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment in which kids can explore the world of gymnastics and acquire the skills they need to succeed. We teach positive life lessons and encourage our students to be independent and confident. At MEGA, we strive to be a supportive and encouraging community for all our students. We take pride in building a positive and fun atmosphere in which everyone can succeed. Our classes are designed to help kids reach their highest potential, both in the gym and in life.

Toddler and Parent Ages 12 months-36 months (45 min)

Through exploration of colors, shapes, props, and games, your child will practice imagining, playing, and socializing with new friends and their parents while learning the most basic gymnastics fundamentals.

Preschool Gymnast Ages 3-4

With our preschool sized equipment in the “little gym” plus access to the “big gym”, your child will learn gymnastics fundamentals while developing self-confidence, body-awareness, and respect for their classmates and teachers.

Girls Recreational

Our girls’ recreational classes teach the fundamentals of women's gymnastics to beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnasts of ages 4 and up. Girls train on each of the Olympic events - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise - as well as on trampoline. And yes, we do conditioning and flexibility too!

Boys Recreational

Our boys’ recreational classes teach mens’ gymnastics to beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnasts of ages 4 and up. Boys are trained on all of the Olympic events, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, horizontal bar, as well as on trampoline. Our expert coaches are USA Gymnastics members and are safety certified.
