Mommy & Me Classes
(ages 1-3) Mommy & Me classes offer a great opportunity to get you and your baby out of the house to interact with other new moms. Playing with your baby is an important part of learning! Your toddler will learn how to Move and Groove while using imagination and props in a fun learning environment. Watch as they learn how music and movement go hand in hand.

EXPRESS Play Place
Ages 1-5 EXPRESS Play Place is a great way for caregivers and their children, ages 1 to 5 years old, to play and explore together. A variety of toddler equipment is available. Offering Music, Preschool Mats, Tumble Trak, Air Trak and more!

Recreational Dance, Acro-Tumble & Cheer
Ranging from beginner to advanced levels, our classes are offered in almost all styles of dance. Our students may choose from multiple classes in various dance styles. They will learn discipline, leadership, and self-confidence—in a personal, friendly and healthy, but challenging environment.
