About Jerome Street Studios

At Jerome Street Studios, local artists have the opportunity to network with other creatives, hone their craft, and progress in their art careers. With the guidance of Stephanie Todhunter, the space offers a range of resources including portfolio reviews, professional workshops, open studios, discounted art framing, and corporate art rental programs. The studio also hosts a variety of juried calls to art for both large and small group shows. Jerome Street Studios is a wonderful resource for Cambridge's artistic community. With Stephanie Todhunter at the helm, the studio provides a cooperative environment where local artists can join forces and receive invaluable guidance and mentorship. Artists can take advantage of the many resources available, such as portfolio reviews, professional workshops, open studios, discounted art framing, corporate art rental programs, and a variety of juried calls to art for both large and small group shows.

Cooking class open house with Tanya the Homestyle Gourmet Interested in cooking classes? Stop by the kitchen of Jerome Street Studios this Sunday September 25 from 3-5pm to learn about the kids and adult classes.

Afterschool Art Workshop
Stephanie Todhunter’s NEW fall season of Afterschool Art Classes starts in a couple of weeks. I will be teaching an Eight Week Afterschool Art Workshop series on Mondays and a Four Week Drawing Intensive Course on Thursdays.

Darker Joys Workshop and Demo
Spend the afternoon decorating a large triple layer “cake” with acrylic paint and glitter using traditional cake decorating tools. Katie Lane will demonstrate her mad mixed media skills (she uses cake decorating equipment in her daily practice, along with glitter and fluorescent paints). Guests will participate in the decorating process and will be encouraged to release their inhibitions and let their inner children out. The resulting community created artwork will remain on display for the remainder of the show.
