Kinder Ballet/Tap/Jazz/Hip-Hop/Acro

Ages 3 -8 Kinder Ballet/Tap is a 60 minute beginner level ballet and tap class for preschoolers and kindergarteners. This class is designed to teach basic dance vocabulary using creative movement, while emphasizing ballet etiquette and strong tap sounds. No previous dance experience is needed. "Tricks and Twists" Hip Hop/Acro Combo ages 5-8 - This 60 minute class is a great way to get your kids moving. This style is performed with upbeat music and high energy. This Hip Hop/Acro introduction combo class include flexibility, balancing and conditioning exercises, mixed with gymnastic elements, to create strong and versatile dancers.

Ballet

Ballet is the dance style that is the best foundation for any other dance form. It is the most beneficial form of dance to teach body placement, strength, flexibility, poise and grace. Ballet classes consist of barre, centre floor and progressions across the floor. Our experienced instructors give hands-on instruction and accurate demonstrations! A strong ballet foundation will allow students to stand out in other areas of dance.

Jazz

Jazz combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with the current forms of popular dance. Jazz also has its own movement vocabulary ranging from the isolation of certain body parts to the movement of the entire body with the accents of musical rhythms. Emphasis is on the importance of energy, rhythmical accuracy, and style. Jazz Class consists of stretching, isolation, conditioning, across the floor, and center combo.
