About Community Teamwork

For over 45 years, Community Teamwork, Inc. has been a leader in providing housing, human services, child care, and community development to Greater Lowell and surrounding areas. In 2011, we moved our headquarters to the historic Bon Marche building, located in the heart of downtown Lowell. This new space serves as our central base for providing our clients, employees, partners and supporters with attractive, unified services. We currently have nine program and service sites in Lowell and Lawrence, Wakefield and serve residents across 63 cities and towns in Middlesex and Essex Counties. Community Teamwork’s commitment to the community is evident in our mission to help people and the community reach their full potential. To date, we’ve served over 50,000 people, employed over 500 and partnered with dozens of organizations, including immigrant and refugee communities. Our subsidiary, Common Ground Corporation, has also partnered with cities, towns and municipalities to create much-needed affordable housing, with over 200 units created to date. We are proud to be a part of a deeply interwoven network of partnerships that make our community more resilient and responsive.
