In 2011, Community Teamwork, Inc. made their home in the historic Bon Marche building located in the heart of downtown Lowell. With nine program and service sites located in Lowell, Lawrence, and Wakefield, Community Teamwork, Inc. offers their services to residents in 63 cities and towns in Middlesex and Essex Counties. This central base offers clients, employees, partners, and supporters a unified setting to deliver, manage, and receive services, allowing them to continue strengthening relationships and programs that make a positive difference in the community. Community Teamwork, Inc. serves over 50,000 people, employs over 500, and partners with dozens of organizations in the area. Their subsidiary, Common Ground Corporation, partners with cities, towns, and municipalities to create much-needed affordable housing, with over 200 units already in production. The strong connections and partnerships Community Teamwork, Inc. has established with local organizations and individuals make the community more resilient and responsive in helping people and the community reach their full potential.

Community Teamwork also offers the home-based Home Visiting Program for Early Head Start and Head Start where the focus of service delivery is in the home.
