About Boys & Girls Club

At the Club, we provide a wide range of activities that promote physical, social, artistic, technological, and preventive development in children and young adults. Our drop-in program is open to students in grades 1-12, and membership is required. By joining, members can take advantage of our numerous initiatives, while membership fees help to ensure that we can continue to offer the best experiences for our members. Our mission is to foster a positive environment that fosters growth and prepares young people to become responsible and productive members of society. Our well-rounded activities provide a holistic learning experience that encourages everyone to explore their interests and develop their skills. We aim to provide the best opportunities possible for our younger generations to thrive.

Character & Leadership
The following programs help youth to become responsible caring citizens, to develop leadership skills, to engage in decision making and planning, therefore contributing to their Club and community. Keystone Clubs are small group leadership development clubs for kids ages 14-18 that are chartered at each individual Club location. Torch Club is a small-group leadership development program that is designed to help meet the special character development needs of youth ages 11-13 at a critical stage in their development. Youth of the Year is a premier youth recognition program for members that celebrates service to Club and community; academic performance; moral character; life goals; poise and public speaking ability.
