Next Generation Martial Arts (NGMA) retains traditions of the old-school karate while incorporating contemporary practices and techniques. Our mission is to provide maximum support and encouragement for each person who wants to learn Martial Arts. We want to help our students develop physical strength as well as mental abilities and confidence. We strive to create a safe and positive environment where our students can feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. The NGMA school's mission is to help students discover their full potential and to help them understand the importance of discipline and respect. We want to empower our students to become self-sufficient and to develop their skills in both physical and mental aspects. We believe that karate classes can help students gain strength, confidence, and self-discipline, and we strive to provide a safe and encouraging environment for our students to learn and grow.

4 - 6 Year Old

This class is intended for children ages 4 to 6 to help them improve their balance, coordination, and social skills, and simply to have some fun. The class objectives are to reinforce children’s confidence and discipline and to teach them how to handle certain critical situations.

7 - 13 Year Old

This class is intended for children ages 7-13 to help them with day-to-day experiences, and the difficulties of growing up in the 21st Century. By working on their confidence, discipline, and self-control, the kids are obtaining the necessary skills to handle many stressful or unpleasant situations of everyday life, such as bullies in school, peer pressure, school project deadlines, etc. This class will build the foundation of children's character that can last their entire lifetime.

Teens and Adults

This class is intended for students ages 14 and up to learn self-defense, get in better shape, release stress, and just have a good time. NGMA developed a complete training program for adult students of all ages and fitness levels. Each student can set and obtain his/her own individual goals and progress with rank advancements at his/her own pace. The adult class is made up of Kenpo Karate and Small Circle Jujitsu that allowing students to build their strength, endurance, self-discipline, and self-esteem, while also teaching practical street self-defense skills.
