About Ted Williams Steve Ferroli Baseball

Steve Ferroli has an incredible story to tell. As a young camp counselor at Ted Williams Camp in Lakeville, MA, he experienced something that he will never forget. Ferroli was 19-22 years old when he met Ted Williams, who was 61-64 at the time. He formed an extraordinary bond with the Hall of Fame baseball player that still resonates with campers to this day. The relationship between Ferroli and Williams is reminiscent of the bond between ET and the young boy Elliot in the movie ET. Ferroli hopes that those who come to Ted Williams Camp can appreciate the special origin of the various baseball programs and take advantage of their design. For over 40 years, the camp has developed a unique baseball world that is both historical and futuristic. This world has been created to provide players with an incredible opportunity to learn and grow. Through his experience, Ferroli has seen firsthand the powerful impact that the camp can have on young people’s lives.

The Ted Williams League
The TWL hosts players 5 years old to adult. Most divisions play three separate seasons spring, summer and fall. Players can begin in any season and can start training yearly as early as mid January. Most divisions remain active until about Halloween. All TWL information for 2022 will be posted in detail on this site around Thanksgiving.

Summer Baseball Camps
Our Summer Baseball Day Camp hosts players ages 5-15. The sleepover section of the camp receives players ages 11-15 only
