About The Learning Center for Deaf Children

We are proud to be home to two world-class schools that serve deaf and hard of hearing students in a bilingual/bicultural setting. Our schools provide excellent educational opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing children from infancy to adulthood. Our commitment to the deaf and hard of hearing community doesn’t stop at education. We offer a range of community-based services that benefit deaf and hard of hearing children, adults and their families. Our services include but are not limited to audiology, speech therapy, mental health counseling, occupational therapy, and parent/family support. We strive to ensure that all deaf and hard of hearing individuals have the resources they need to thrive in today’s world. At The Learning Center for the Deaf, we believe that everyone has the right to learn, grow, and lead a life of their choice. We are dedicated to supporting deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families as they navigate life’s challenges. Our commitment to providing quality education and community-based services is our way of helping everyone reach their full potential.

The Learning Center for the Deaf serves deaf and hard of hearing children birth to age 3 who are enrolled in Early Intervention programs across the state of Massachusetts.

Marie Philip School Residential Program
Five-day boarding—available for qualifying students in the middle and high school programs—teaches vital transition skills needed for post-graduate life.
