To make sure everyone in the family can have a chance to explore their creativity, Brush and Easel is offering online art classes for kids, teens and adults. We are also proud to offer online birthday parties, online painting workshops, and outside painting events at your place following social distancing rules. Our teachers are dedicated to helping your children to explore their creative potential, and have fun at the same time. Let us help you make art part of your family's life!

Drawing & Painting: For 6-7 Year Olds

Class length: 60 min The connection colors have to our thoughts and emotions is very strong. In this fun workshop for the youngest of our students we will introduce color theory by getting to know the primary colors and how they mix to create NEW colors, and how those colors “work” together. We will explore shape and form and line using various art materials, from cut paper and yarn — to paint and crayons. Kids will have a chance to creatively express themselves, develop an eye for composition, and improve their fine motor skills while creating well-crafted art.

Drawing & Painting: For 7-8 Year Olds

Class length: 60 min This workshop explores the fundamentals of drawing & painting in an unusual and playful way: through a series of exercises children learn about basic principles of visual composition, different drawing mediums and methods of working along the lectures, which are offered at the beginning of every class. Mediums: pencils, charcoal, ink, pastels, collage, watercolors, acrylic

Drawing & Painting: For 9-12 Year Olds

Develop color sense through working from imagination, observation, and experimentation with different water-based color mediums. Mixed media assignments and collaborative work, combined with individual projects would help students focus on developing their own visual language. Examples of various artists’ work will be shown during lectures for inspiration.
