At our school, we believe that a child's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development are equally important. To ensure that our students are getting a well-rounded education, we provide a vast selection of activities that foster the growth of the whole child. We also strive to create an engaging, playful environment, where children can learn without feeling overwhelmed.
On a typical day, our classes begin with a meeting where the children can discuss the day and date, and the weather. We also include activities such as math activities with Barkley the class dog, as well as snack time, outdoor play, and lunch for the Pre-Kindergarten class. Through our curriculum and activities, we are able to provide an enriching and stimulating environment for all our students.

Preschool Program:
The preschool class meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We call this the Green Class. This class gently introduces the idea of participating in a structured, social school setting. Children are eased into the process of working in groups and following instructions. There is a regular routine for each class day, with lots of flexibility for individual needs. Children must be 2.9 years old to join the Green Class. The school does not refuse children who are not fully potty trained. The teachers work with parents and follow their lead on the issue of potty training.
Pre-K Program:
The Pre-K class meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We call this the Red Class. Our Pre-K class is for 4/5 year olds that will be going to Kindergarten the following year. All activities are meant to be fun as well as educational. No child is pushed beyond what he or she is capable of or interested in. Our primary goal is to encourage and foster the growth of the whole child; therefore, our curriculum addresses all areas of emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development in a stimulating, playful environment.
