Performing arts programs are a beneficial supplement to any child's development. Our program emphasizes the importance of physical activity, as well as a creative outlet to express oneself. We believe that participating in the performing arts gives children countless opportunities that will be beneficial in all aspects of life. Our program is tailored to the individual needs of each student, with an emphasis on personal creativity and expression. We also recognize the importance of physical exercise, as we believe that healthy bodies create sound minds. We are dedicated to helping each student reach their fullest potential, from the recreational student to the more serious student interested in pursuing a professional career in the performing arts.

Mommy & Me: 18 mos. - 2.5 years

Parent-tot movement classes that will develop motor skills through rhythms, games, obstacle courses and imagination, all set to music.

Creative Movement: 2-3 years

Children will explore dance through music ,stretching, imagination and creative play. Pre-ballet level introduced with age appropriate music.

Ballet

Ballet focuses on building flexibility, strength and technique in a structured class using the Cecchetti method as a base. Other classical methods and styles are also introduced, such as Vaganova, Balanchine and RAD to provide each student with a well-rounded background. Proper vocabulary is emphasized in all the classes. A sense of musicality and artistry is developed and along with technique, provide the student with a strong foundation for all forms of dance.
