At GVCC, we strive to provide quality care that promotes a safe and nurturing environment for our children. Our experienced and dedicated staff create a stimulating learning environment to help children reach their fullest potential. We focus on the individual needs of each child and provide age-appropriate activities to help them grow and learn.
GVCC has a wide range of programs to ensure the best learning experience for children of all ages. We offer programs such as infant care, toddler care, preschool, and after-school care. We also provide enrichment programs such as music, art, and language classes. Our goal is to provide a fun and engaging learning experience that helps children grow and develop in a positive way.

Infant
Our Infant Room is designed to meet the needs of each infant as an individual. We offer a split classroom space which is divided by motor ability and age. Infant One is geared toward younger infants and gives them the safety and freedom to play on the floor, in bouncy seats and explore their environment. Infant Two is geared toward the older infant with climbing structures, balls, shape games and musical toys. This gives them the opportunity to develop their large motor skills and encourages crawling, walking and climbing without restrictions.
Toddler
Our Toddler program is divided into two classrooms. In Toddler One, we focus on each toddler’s emotional needs while teaching him to more social with other children. The toddlers will enjoy activities based on creative and motor skills. Our teachers brighten the classroom with lots of singing and reading books aloud to the children.
School Age Program
Our school age program offers a wonderful environment for school-aged children during the academic year, with full day placement available for public school holidays and vacations. If your child will be joining us during the public school year, s/he will be in our Before & After school program. If your child attends the Harrington School, s/he will be dropped off at our center between 7am – 8:25am. The students are served a light breakfast of cereal, and have free play until bus pick up time. The Harrington Elementary School bus stops at the end of the GVCC driveway to pick up and drop off students.
