About CW Taekwondo at Boston Cambridge

Our classes focus on the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) style of Taekwondo, emphasizing forms, Olympic-style sparring, basic self-defense, and fitness. At CW Taekwondo we strive to create a supportive and fun atmosphere where adults can learn and have fun in a cooperative atmosphere. We believe that learning Taekwondo in a positive environment helps to build strong character and confidence, and that learning should be an enjoyable experience.

Youth Taekwondo
The CW Youth Taekwondo program provides classes to children 4 and up. The Youth Taekwondo Program provides a stimulating environment for children to grow and develop into well-rounded individuals. We teach children how to set goals and strive for success in all endeavors in their life. We emphasize focus and respect and encourage each and every student to reach their personal best! Whether your child is interested in the martial arts or you're looking for a fun & educational environment to build self-confidence and focus, you will find our program is the right place for your child!

Adult Taekwondo
The CW Taekwondo Program provides an overview of all aspects of modern World Taekwondo, from the traditional art of poomsae (forms) and self-defense to the modern Olympic sport.
