Meet Massachusetts, or as we like to call it, the Mighty-Mass, a place where history is as rich as its clam chowder and where every autumn leaf sings a vibrant tune. It's a land filled with winding rivers, towering mountains and bustling cities. The best part about Mighty-Mass though, is its karate-dazzling kids. These aren't just your regular run-of-the-mill kids, oh no! They are a fun-filled bunch of high-kicking, uniform-wearing, kata-performing superstars! Every morning at the crack of dawn, right as the sun begins to play peek-a-boo with the mountains, the dojo doors swing open and in tumble the Karate Cuties. Leading the pack is our hero, the Karate Kangaroo, Kiko. Kiko, with his marsupial moves and black belt in belly laughs, is the heart and soul of the Mighty-Mass dojo. He hops around in his red bandana, teaching the kids the art of the ‘Kangaroo Kick’ and the secret of the ‘Pouch Punch’. With Kiko, every karate lesson is a belly-busting adventure. You'll find the Karate Cuties rolling on the floor, not from Kiko's kicks, but from fits of laughter. But don't let those giggles fool you. When it’s time to get serious, these kids transform into mini karate masters, their faces focused, their moves swift and precise. With Kiko cheering on, they break boards and the stereotype that karate is just about fighting. So, if you ever find yourself in Mighty-Mass, don't forget to tip your hat to the Karate Cuties and their leader, Kiko. They're proof that with a pinch of fun, a dash of discipline, and a kangaroo-size dream, anything is possible!

Parents, have you ever wanted your children to experience something unique and fun? Look no further than the traditional Brazilian art of Capoeira. Classes are designed to be suitable for children of all ages and abilities, based on traditional sequences and modern progression. As they practice, they will be listening to traditional, sensational, and energetic Capoeira music, featuring instruments such as the berimbau, atabaque and pandeiro. Each class begins with movement games and exercises to warm-up the body and prepare the children for training. As they progress, they will learn partner and line-work, where the moves flow from one position to another and techniques are developed. Finally, they get to show off their newfound skills in traditional ‘Capoeira roda’, displaying intuitive movements and building confidence while they practice playing Capoeira music.
