About Baker School Extended Day!

At Extended Day, we strive to create a safe and secure environment for children of all ages. Our program is designed to nurture children from kindergarten through grade 7, helping them to grow and develop in social, emotional, and physical ways. We believe that all children should feel respected and cared for, which is why we foster an atmosphere of respect, cooperation, and responsibility. At Extended Day, creativity is encouraged and celebrated. We offer a variety of activities that allow children to explore and enjoy nature, read, and make their own decisions. We also provide opportunities for children to develop their skills in teamwork and communication with their peers and teachers. Most importantly, we believe in the importance of providing a home base for children who need care after school hours. Our program is designed to supplement and enrich the regular school day, so that all children can have a safe and nurturing place to learn and grow.

BSED
BSED is a safe and enriching space for children to spend their after-school hours. Our K-7 Program runs from 2:30 until 6:00 Monday through Thursday and from 1:40 until 6:00 on Fridays. There are four group programs; Kindergarten, Grades 1-2, Grades 3-5, and Grades 6-7. Schedules vary between groups but include recess, snacks, homework or reading time, activity time, and free play.
