About Project Destiny

Project Destiny (PD) is an amazing initiative that has been serving the Chinatown neighborhood since 1994. It began as a way to offer summer programming for middle schoolers in an area of Boston where such services were not easily accessible. A team of teachers from the Boston Chinese Evangelical Church got together and, after much prayer and planning, camp was born. That summer, the team lived together and served their community with love and compassion. They provided a positive experience for their campers, who were deeply affected by the gospel and the care they showed them. Fast forward to today, PD continues to serve the community with the same level of commitment and passion as it did back in 1994. The staff are dedicated to sharing the gospel and empowering new leaders in ministry. PD has become a shining example of what a positive impact can be made in a community when people work together.
