CSO’s Family Support Services are part of the Massachusetts Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). As one of the region’s leading family support service providers, CSO is committed to engaging youth and families in individualized and coordinated trauma-informed care that is family-centered and community-based.

COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES
Clinical & Support Options Inc. (CSO) provides a wide range of behavioral health services in homes, schools and other community settings. Referrals for services may be made by any individual or service provider. As a community behavioral health agency, CSO believes deeply in providing services that empower individuals and families and enrich the lives of those living in our diverse community.

Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Programs
CSO is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and provides a full range of behavioral health and substance abuse services through a network of six licensed outpatient sites. Services are provided both on-site and in homes, schools and other community settings. As a community behavioral health agency, CSO believes deeply in providing services that empower those who receive services, and enrich the lives of those living in our community. CSO is equally committed to collaborating with other providers to ensure that the services needed in our community are available, and appropriately and adequately provided. We promise the availability of a clinician at your time of need. We gladly accept walk-in appointments at all of our outpatient clinics.
