At our center, we provide a safe, relationship-based learning environment for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. Our teachers support each child's individual inclinations and offer them ample opportunities to meet rich social, emotional, cognitive, and physical challenges within a predictable daily routine. We understand that learning doesn't just take place in the classroom, and we strive to create a warm and supportive atmosphere where children can explore, grow, and develop. Our experienced teachers create meaningful relationships with each child, helping them to build upon their natural curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning and exploration. INFANTS AND TODDLERS

From the moment of birth, children are forming ideas about this world through their experiences. Even our youngest children need opportunities to explore the world in a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment. An essential part of this early experience is the opportunity to establish relationships with others. Our teachers establish respectful and responsive relationships with each child, learning their interests, passions, and idiosyncrasies. Materials and experiences are planned with each child's unique interests and skills in mind.

PRESCHOOL

We believe children learn through experience. When children encounter new information, play with materials in differing ways, and have meaningful exchanges with other children and adults, they are making sense of the world. Children have preferred strengths, unique learning styles, different interests, and likes and dislikes. As educators, we provide appropriate learning environments and arrange learning opportunities that match children's strengths and preferences.

SCHOOL-AGE AND SUMMER

ITC welcomes children attending area schools for all-day Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Children may start and end their day at ITC, or join our summer program, for a diverse program of planned and free choice activities. Children have a chance to unwind after school, playing with friends on our outdoor playground or indoor recreation room. Interest areas include a library, dramatic play, card, and board games, art, and creative writing. Projects are planned based on children’s interests and may include sculpture, painting and drawing, drama, creative writing, dance, cooking, science, and sports.
