Parents, if you have a kiddo aged one to high school, or you’re an adult looking to get into gymnastics, our classes are the place to be. We offer tumbling, Parkour, and ninja skill training, as well as Vacation & Day Camps and Summer Camps. And if you’ve got a little one’s birthday coming up, we’ve got you covered with our great party packages. We also have a competitive Gymnastic Team along with our retail mats and equipment for home use. Our goal is to help your little one grow in physical fitness, confidence, and responsibility. Toddler Gymnastics Classes

Be the one that shares the excitement with your child when he/she is learning the basic techniques of gymnastics (forward roll, backward roll, and cartwheel), hang and swing on bars, or walk over the balance beam by them-self for the first time.

Preschool Gymnastics Classes

In our classes, each child will develop basic gymnastics skills with an emphasis on forward and backward rolls and cartwheels. The children will learn how to safely use all of the gym’s equipment (bars, beams, trampoline, tumble track, rings, and floor equipment), build self-confidence, and make new friends.

Girls Gymnastics Classes

Students will have the opportunity to be challenged and experience success on all types of gymnastics equipment. Appropriate gymnastics progressions on bars, beams, vault, tumbling, rings and trampoline will be the focus. Safety training, body position, strength, and flexibility will all be emphasized. The benefit of this class will be enhanced physical development while experiencing a good feeling about oneself. Level 1 classes are for beginners to an intermediate level; Level 2 is for intermediate to advanced gymnasts, and Level 3 is for those with an advanced skill base through pre-team.

Boys Gymnastics and Parkour Classes

All boy's classes at GAB incorporate elements of Parkour training, teaching them to navigate obstacles and leverage their body through space by adapting movements to the environment. GAB is the safest place to practice parkour as our instructors are well trained and experienced, and our padded facility is designed to maximize protection and minimize injuries.
