About C J’s Ranch

At CJs Ranch, we believe that a strong and healthy relationship between horse and rider is essential for the utmost in horsemanship. That’s why for the past twenty-two years, we’ve been helping to create this bond by teaching basic grooming and tacking skills, as well as proper riding techniques. Our philosophy goes beyond the physical aspects of riding, though, and emphasizes understanding and respect for the horse’s point of view. Our head trainer, Cathy, has achieved remarkable success with her “problem” horses, and can be found throughout the East coast, demonstrating her horsemanship, training skills, and deep connection with these majestic animals.

From lessons to drill teams, riders of all ages and skills can pursue a range of interests and hone their horsemanship skills in Western or English disciplines. We offer a range of lesson times to fit your schedule, including private, group, and workshop lessons.
