About Trinity Academy of Gymnastics

Our Recreational Gymnastics classes, Aerial Arts, and Parkour classes are designed to introduce your child to a variety of movement styles and body awareness, while having fun in a safe and supportive environment. We also offer competitive gymnastics training for USAG Levels 3-10 and GIJO Team. We provide a safe, fun, supportive, and nurturing environment for all ages, from walkers to adults. At our facility, we strive to provide the best instruction while building strong fundamentals, technical skills, and confidence. Our experienced coaches use positive reinforcement and goal setting to help your child achieve their highest potential. We are dedicated to helping each and every student reach their goals in a fun and safe environment.

Aerial Arts
Aerial arts is a beautiful, physically demanding acrobatic discipline using unique equipment in the form of long pieces of fabric or single large metal hoops with which performers execute stunning dance-like movements with grace, strength, and unmatched beauty.

Parkour is a method of physical training that develops one's ability to overcome obstacles (both physical and mental). It involves movement that will help if one is in a reach or escape emergency situation. Underpinning this is a philosophy of altruism and useful strength, longevity, self-improvement and self-understanding.
