At our camp, we foster a cooperative environment that celebrates personal and group achievements. Our experienced staff lead small groups of campers in activities that develop valuable social skills, athletic ability and teamwork. BANNER BEGINNINGS AGES 3 & 4
Banner Beginnings is the perfect blend of nurture and adventure, and is the ideal introduction to Banner Day Camp. Banner Beginnings offers our youngest campers the opportunity to experience all the excitement of camp while meeting the individualized needs of preschoolers. Banner’s littlest campers enjoy the benefits of a small, nurturing environment, where loving, attentive counselors provide care and encouragement to help them develop new skills and confidence. Regular phone communication is maintained between Leadership Team members and parents to discuss camper experiences and how to best care for your child.
SENIOR CAMP
Completion of 1st through 3rd Grade
Banner’s Senior Camp keeps up with the most adventure loving kids. A complete array of swimming, sports, fine arts and adventure programming makes every day at Banner fresh and exciting. Because these campers never seem to run out of energy, Senior Camp accommodates their growing interests and provides every opportunity for fun and growth. Campers experience more choice options in both our Camper’s Choice program for 1st graders and our Elective program for 2nd and 3rd graders. Larger sports fields, an archery range, sand soccer arena and sand volleyball court are all available for Seniors.
JUNIOR CAMP
Pre-K through completion of Kindergarten
Junior campers spend each day with friends and loving, attentive counselors who teach new skills and provide care and encouragement. Campers gain the benefits of small-camp environment with all the resources of a larger camp. A wide range of summer activities are enjoyed in a nurturing setting. This atmosphere fosters social and physical development, builds confidence and creates success. With scaled down versions of the same games and activities as the “big kids”, Junior campers use equipment and playing fields that have been specifically developed for the younger child. Every day is a mix of imaginative play, skill-building activities and quieter time for slowing things down.
