At IK Gymnastics, we have a holistic approach to gymnastics that emphasizes the importance of psychological and physical development. We believe in providing a positive learning environment that promotes hard work, balance, and fun. Our goal is to guide gymnasts on a path of positive life-affirming choices that will benefit them, their community, and the world. Our coaching staff consists of experienced athletes who are constantly training and educating themselves on the latest gymnastics trends and methods. We want to provide our gymnasts with the best and most reliable instruction available.

Early Age

We are excited to welcome students as young as 20 months old! The goal of our early age program is for kids to have fun and explore. Students get introduced to gymnastics equipment and gym rules, they learn basic gymnastics skills and shapes, work on strength building, gross motor skills and general coordination. During class, coaches balance between focused learning, organized games, and free play. The early age program consists of Parent-Tot classes and IK Kids classes.

Boys Gymnastics

These classes focus on the fundamentals of gymnastics and the art of free running. Obstacle courses, tumbling, vault, trampoline, and many more activities will thrill every student in this action packed class. We employ age-appropriate methods of movement that not only benefit bodies but also challenge the minds. Get ready for fun!

Girls Gymnastics

The Girls Recreational Program at IK Gymnastics offers a large variety of highly structured, non-competitive classes for girls of all ages. Each event rotation incorporates multiple stations that work specific, fundamental skills while still providing students the maximum amount of repetitions. This program is performance-based, with each level of advancement building off of skills introduced in previous levels. Our goal at IK is to provide each child with a stimulating educational environment with the best instruction possible. We achieve this by keeping our instructors current with evolving trends in gymnastics and actively adapting the program to meet the evolving needs of our recreational athletes.
