About Cary Gymnastics Center

At Cary School of Gymnastics, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to explore and learn the fundamental skills of gymnastics. Our preschool program is designed to give young children the best possible start in gymnastics, focusing on basic skills and introducing them to a lifetime of physical activity. Our classes for girls and boys of all ages and levels offer exciting and fun activities, including gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja warrior. We have 25,000 square feet of space dedicated to fitness and fun for kids, as well as a variety of other activities to suit every child's individual needs. With our exceptional staff and quality instruction, we guarantee an enjoyable and rewarding experience for children of all ages.

Recreational Girls Gymnastics
Recreational Gymnastics is designed to teach proper skill progressions and body shaping while learning skills on all four events. Girls work toward an eventual consideration for a competitive team. Gymnasts must show mastery of skills on each event in order to progress to the next level.

Boys Gymnastics
This is a recreational class designed for boys with extra energy. Instruction is given on tumbling, bars, vault, and rings.

Aerial Arts Classes
This class is for any student wishing to start their aerial training journey! Students will start building their foundational skills on silks, lyra and trapeze. They will also work on building strength through aerial conditioning and floor exercises.
