Junior Powerhouses (Ages 5-12)

This fun and energetic kids class teaches our Junior Powerhouses the art of Traditional Thai Kickboxing (Muay Thai) with elements of Western Style boxing. Classes include a mix of structured learning of techniques utilizing punching bags and pad work, calisthenics, and fun games that help promote the techniques learned and overall fitness. Colored armbands (Prajioud) are used to recognize student’s achievements, ability, and effort and are presented to students during a promotion ceremony. These classes are great for kids to be active, increase self-esteem, make new friends, and learn self-defense. There are also opportunities for children that are interested in attending Muay Thai competitions.

Western Style Boxing (Ages 5+)

Traditional Western boxing using combinations of punches and footwork to increase stamina, agility, and reaction time. This is a mit/glove class with some contact. This is an excellent class for beginners interested in Martial Arts, and those looking to compete. The class is for kids and adults.

Muay Thai (Ages 14+)

This class focuses on teaching the Muay Thai strikes and defensive techniques and is appropriate for beginner and experienced students. Students will learn utilizing multiple training techniques including heavy bags and partner training. Though sparring is not part of class, students will have contact in the form of holding pads and learning defensive skills.
