KRAV MAGA SELF-DEFENSE

Krav Maga instructs its students in a variety of striking methods, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. In addition, Krav Maga instructs grappling skills and situation-specific self-defense moves, with the final aim of the defender being to inflict sufficient harm on the aggressor to bring a stop to the encounter. However, Krav Maga is primarily focused on striking and escape.

Cardio kickboxing

Self-defense classes can provide individuals of all physical abilities with the skills and confidence they need to defend themselves. Because you go at your own pace, all experience levels are welcome. You will have an instructor who acts as a personal trainer to encourage and motivate you. Your classmates help to spur you on, and you can look forward to the social aspect of being in a class.
