About Gymnastics USA!

Gymnastics USA is dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for families and athletes of all ages. Our goal is to build strong foundations of physical and mental development by teaching the sport of gymnastics and its principles of hard work, individual reliance, and positive thinking. We also provide a place for families to come together and form relationships with one another, as well as their community. We believe the sport of gymnastics is the greatest sport the world has to offer. Our mission goes beyond gymnastics, and we use the Positive Approach as our rule and guide. We are committed to loving and serving our community humbly, the way God loves us. We strive to bring an outstanding athletic experience to our clients, and empower children to grow and learn in a safe and supportive environment.

GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Each class consists of 10 minute rotations so that the gymnasts are constantly on the move!​ ​​Each class includes a Gymnastics Olympic Event so the children are introduced to the basic fundamentals of the sport! ​

Ninja Kidz
Ninja Kidz is a recreational program designed for children ages 5 to 12 years old. Classes are co-ed and divided by skill level. The program includes four different events with three different levels. The four events are practices of Form, Obstacle, Climb, and Power. All four events are chosen to create a well-rounded Ninja and to achieve safe exercise, learning, and fun in every class.

After School Program
The After School program offers study time, snack-time, arts and crafts, indoor recreational time, and one Gymnastics, Ninja, or Silks class daily.
