At American Tigers in South Florida, our instructors are certified in multiple martial arts and work to promote physical fitness, self-confidence, and social skills to every student. We hear from parents all the time about the positive changes they have seen in their child at home and at school. Our students learn how to set goals and achieve them, whether it be from studying for a test or doing chores around the house. Our students learn respect for themselves and for others, and even learn self-defense in the process.
