About Bloomingdale Youth Sports Association

. BYSA is excited to offer an online registration and league management system for our members through SI Play. This system allows you to sign up for the season at your own convenience - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can pay for registration fees online using either Visa or MasterCard, or you can pay by check or cash during in-person registration sessions. If this is your first time registering, you'll need to upload your child's birth certificate to verify their age. However, for subsequent seasons you won't need to do this again. The address you provide with your account will determine whether or not you are eligible to play within BYSA boundaries. Even if you are outside the boundaries, you can still register, but you will not be eligible for All Stars following the spring season.

Bambino Buddy-Ball
Babe Ruth League, Inc. believes that every child has the right to participate in the games of baseball and softball. We have always encouraged our member leagues to accept all players regardless of their physical or mental ability. The Bambino Buddy-Ball Division was established for organizations who wish to charter a league that encompasses players ages 5-19 who are either physically and/or mentally challenged. This division makes allowance for a “buddy” to help the player swing a bat, round the bases, catch a ball, etc. There are no restrictions to the age of the “buddy”. A Bambino Buddy-Ball team may be comprised of players ages 5-19 and sometimes older. The Bambino Buddy-Ball division is designed so that everyone has the opportunity to have fun.

Advanced Baseball
BYSA is proud to offer both Advanced (AB) Baseball and Xtreme Softball. Both these programs exist in addition to our regular recreation seasons. AB and Xtreme teams are competitive teams that play against other parks throughout the course of the season. These teams are selected through tryouts at the beginning of each spring and fall season.
