At My Gym, our mission is to bring out the best in every child. Our experienced instructors use age-appropriate activities and games to teach children to listen, follow directions, and build their motor skills, cognitive development, and self-esteem. Each program is designed to help children learn, grow, and have lots of fun along the way.
For more than 35 years, My Gym has been a place of growth and development for children of all ages. Our founders had a passion for teaching children in a fun and physically engaging environment, and they delighted in celebrating the incredible milestones like first steps and tumbling down mats. We strive to create an environment where children feel loved and supported so that their self-esteem and confidence can flourish.

My Gym Camp and special events are the best! Children participate in fun games, noncompetitive gymnastics, arts and crafts, music and so much more. Each camp program is uniquely designed to keep your children moving and active, as we emphasize physical development and personal success. Our themes and programs change daily, so no two camp days at My Gym are ever the same.

Waddlers
This stimulating program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements.
At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically progress from aggressive crawling to running. Additional fine and gross motor skills developed during this stage include kicking a ball, building a block tower, riding a tricycle, and walking up stairs.

Ninja Training
My Gym Ninja Training provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids learn how to lead an active and healthy lifestyle and understand the importance of doing so. Class will focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, games, conditioning exercises, team building and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. Ninja Training is packed full of climbing, balancing, running, jumping, crawling, and swinging. With our diverse equipment, each week will present new and exciting challenges. The mental and emotional benefits include the development of problem solving, focus, creative thinking, and the patience needed to overcome a challenge. The obstacle courses are intended to challenge children mentally and physically while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym.

Gymnastics
This fun and focused class is great for both beginning and experienced gymnasts! Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in leveled groups on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.
