About Ms. Lisa's Dance

At our studio, we focus on fun, self orientation, and character growth. We believe that a positive self concept is essential for a child’s development, and we strive to ensure each student is in the right environment to help foster that. We incorporate dance props to help ignite the students’ imaginations and create something special. By allowing them to express themselves with their own unique style, we can encourage creativity and self-expression. Our goal is to cultivate a sense of joy and discovery for each individual student, and we are committed to helping them find the style of dance that best suits them. At our studio, we take pride in helping our young dancers grow, learn, and express themselves. We believe that dance is an incredible form of expression, and we want to give our students the opportunity to explore this expression from a young age. Through the use of props and imagination, we strive to foster a positive self concept and help our students find the style of dance that works for them.

Baby Ballerina

This class is a mommy and me class. Your little one will explore movements, songs, and dance with you there to guide them along the way. Directional concepts, body awareness and spatial relations are explored to a variety of songs and nursery rhymes. In this class dancers will learn how to move and be creative using a variety of dance props, including Shakers, scarves, & pom poms. Tiny dancers will start each class at the Ballet barre and will learn basic ballet dance steps throughout the class. A great introductory dance class to allow little ones to explore and move.

Tumble Tots

Dancers flip, bend, & twist in a Tiny Tumblers class, learning the beginning basics of tumbling & Acro. Dancers explore muscle control, strength building, & flexibility in a fun supportive way. Tumble mats and balance beams are some of the tools dancers will use to help them learn how to bend & move!

Cheer & Poms

This is a class for children ages 2.5 years and older, where they will learn the cheer and pom dancing from professional cheerleaders! Dancers will use pom poms to learn cheer dances and dance tricks. Dancers will also learn some tumbling and acrobatics in this class. An upbeat class where dancers can learn acrobatics and dance!
