Welcome to the Hernando Youth Orchestra Inc.! We are a non-profit Florida Corporation formed in 2007 with the mission of helping young musicians to discover and explore the joys of orchestral music. We believe that music is an integral part of the cultural fabric of our community and strive to provide a place for young musicians to come together and make beautiful music. At the Hernando Youth Orchestra Inc., we pride ourselves in making it easy for any musician, regardless of experience level, to join the orchestra. We don’t require any auditions or extensive background knowledge – just click on the registration button to join us! We also welcome seasoned musicians to mentor our less experienced players, helping them to become the best musicians they can be.
