About STEMania

As a result of her dedication to STEM education, Alisa founded the STEM Education Initiative in 2013. Her mission was to bring STEM to all children, especially those living in underserved communities. She has since worked with local schools and nonprofits to develop effective STEM education programs that are tailored to the needs of each community. Alisa has also partnered with industry leaders to provide internships and career mentoring to deserving students. Through her organization, Alisa has been able to make a positive impact on the lives of children around the world.

STEM Lab
Have your child age 5-12 join us for hands on learning where we explore topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. We start with a class activity, and then follow it up with a class demonstration, and a team activity. We're constantly changing topics and lessons every week, so there's always something new to learn!

LEGO and CYBER Labs
We participate in a variety of kid-based STEM activities! Have your child experiment with Lego robotics to create amazing machines in the FIRST Lego League or discover STEM concepts in our LEGOMaster Challenges. Or join our Cyber Lab for lessons in Hackathon, coding, Game Development, Becoming a YouTuber, Stop Motion Animation, 3D Modeling and Printing, Virtual Reality, Robotics, STEM Escape Rooms, and much more!

Special Events or Activities
Join us for Special Events, such as Rocket Launches, Parents Night Out, Day Camps, Birthday Parties. Also, we can help tutor your child in STEM subjects. Our teachers have degrees in math, physics, engineering, biology, chemistry, nursing, neuroscience, aerospace, and information technology!
