At Swim Life® we want to ensure your child's safety and peace of mind when they are in the water, so we take our instructor selection process very seriously. Our instructors are certified professionals with the knowledge and experience needed to provide your child with the best swim lessons.

Babies - Preschool
If your baby is sitting independently, we can teach him or her to swim face down briefly and roll over to float, rest and breathe! When a baby can pull himself out of a backyard pool (usually around 15 months), he can swim, roll over to float and breathe, and then turn to swim again. We teach him to continue until safety is reached.

Young Children
All of our students learn to swim and float independently first, because this is what will help them survive a fall into the water. Once skilled and comfortable in the water, your child can progress to learning to safely jumping into the pool, dive for pool toys, snorkel and more!

Older Children & Adults
Students ages 5 and up can learn the basics of all four competitive strokes and the elementary backstroke. Snorkeling, drills, and games will prepare your child for a lifetime of swimming for fitness, fun, or novice swim team preparation when desired.
