About Spartan Academy

At Spartan Academy, we believe that martial arts training is a valuable part of overall health and wellbeing. Located in Palm Coast, Florida, our school provides an atmosphere that is safe, clean, and friendly. We combine traditional martial arts techniques with modern practicality, so that students of all ages can benefit from our instruction. Our goal is to help cultivate physical confidence and overall wellness in our students. We strive to make their training experience both rewarding and challenging. Our knowledgeable instructors are dedicated to providing quality instruction in a safe and enjoyable environment. At Spartan Academy, we understand the importance of martial arts in helping people of all ages achieve a balance in physical, mental, and emotional health. Our school is a place where students can learn self-discipline, self-confidence, and respect, all while developing a sense of physical and mental well-being. We’re dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience for our students and look forward to helping them on their journey to physical and emotional wellbeing.

JIU JITSU KIDS
The Kids 5-9 years program is designed to build a strong foundation and improve students' coordination. Students will receive an overview of all positions, techniques and an introduction into more advanced Jiu Jitsu. Students will also be given explanations about BJJ concepts and ideas.

JIU JITSU TEENS
The Teen BJJ 10-15 years program focuses on maintaining the basic Jiu Jitsu and also introducing advanced techniques to improve the performance of our students and prepare them for a longer career in sport.

MUAY THAI
Muay Thai is a Martial Art and Combat Sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It is also known as the "art of eight limbs" characterized by the combined use of fists, knees, shins and elbow as well as an element of grappling.​
