About Reflex Gymnastics

At Reflex Gymnastics, kids learn the fundamentals of gymnastics while having fun in a safe environment. We are dedicated to helping kids reach their goals. Our coaches encourage children to work hard and develop a positive attitude. We emphasize the importance of discipline and the rewards of hard work. Our classes are designed to be fun and challenging at the same time. At Reflex Gymnastics, we believe in teaching children important life skills such as teamwork, respect, and cooperation. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters the growth and development of each child. We strive to build self-confidence and foster a love of physical activity. Our goal is to help kids reach their highest potential.

Preschool Gymnastics
Children start learning movement and motor development in a controlled, fun environment. Our Preschool classes are designed to specific ages rather than a one size fits all approach.

After School
Having trouble fitting classes into your busy schedule? We offer after school pickup! Don’t settle for just babysitting… keep your children active and entertained in our 15,000 sq. ft facility! All students receive an instructional class each day, in addition we also offer gymnastics and ninja related games and activity time out in the gym most days. Your kids will have plenty to keep them busy until you arrive to pick them up.

Camp
Our camp programs are exciting, enriching and engaging for kids of all ages. We organize days filled with fun, active games, skill building on our gymnastics and ninja equipment, arts & crafts, and weekly field trips.
