About Central Florida Community Arts in Orlando, FL
The founders of Central Florida Community Arts, Joshua Vickery and Jonathan Cole, have been passionate about music for many years. After realizing that Central Florida didn’t offer many cultural platforms for musicians to use their talents, they decided to make a change. In September of 2010, they set out to create a community arts program.
They reached out to influential people in the area and the response they received was incredibly positive. Thanks to the support of the Central Florida community, Central Florida Community Arts was born. Since then, the organization has grown into a 501(c)(3) entity, with a Board of Directors and a team of staff members. This dream of providing a platform for all musicians to express their talents is close to becoming a reality.
