KIDS KICKBOXING
This fun and exciting striking program teaches kids how to properly defend themselves while standing using powerful punches, kicks, and knees. Muay Thai Kickboxing is considered the most effective striking martial art in the world because you learn to use your whole body to generate powerful strikes while always protecting your head, body, and legs. Students learn proper footwork and defense as well as technical punch and kick combinations. Muay Thai Kickboxing teaches you to kick with your shin, as opposed to your foot, protecting the small bones in your feet. When paired with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu there is no better combination for self-defense.

KIDS JIU-JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is recognized as the most effective martial art in the world because it allows a smaller, weaker person to defeat a stronger and larger opponent using angles, leverage, and proper technique. The fact that Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art that does not rely on strength and size makes it a viable self-defense system for a child. Jiu-Jitsu, more than other martial arts, teaches students self-control and self-discipline to persevere through adversity. With our structured curriculum and goal oriented ranking system, our program is far safer than most sports.

CHARACTER EDUCATION
Our Character Education program is integrated into all of our Orlando kids mixed martial arts classes. It is designed to help our students recognize and embody the positive character traits of a martial artist. These traits help them build the foundation of discipline, gratitude, work ethic, integrity, focus, and so much more. The Character Education lessons rotate regularly and our daily “mat chats” help students remember the lesson and teach them how to demonstrate it. Some examples of our Character Education lessons are: RESPECT, SELF-DISCIPLINE, GRATITUDE, INTEGRITY, PERSEVERANCE, INDOMITABLE SPIRIT, COURAGE, MODESTY, SELF CONTROL and COURTESY.
