About Palm Beach Gardens Martial Arts

Since its inception, PBGMA has become a family-oriented martial arts academy, dedicated to teaching their members the power of discipline, respect, self-defense, and physical fitness. With an emphasis on mentorship, PBGMA has become a place of growth for its members. As a result, PBGMA has become a safe and comfortable home for its members, where they can learn and hone their skills, as well as develop relationships and friendships.

Kids Martial Arts
At Palm Beach Gardens Martial Arts, we are proud to introduce our students to the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and help them find success in all aspects of life. Our Kids Martial Arts program - known in-house at Elite Warriors BJJ - is designed for students ages 6-12. (Students 13+ are invited to join our adult classes.)

Through our kids martial arts program, students will learn how to set and achieve big goals, how to stand up to bullies, and how to persevere through any challenge. Preschool Martial Arts
At Palm Beach Gardens Martial Arts, we believe that the first few years of your child's life can be some of the most important when it comes to development. That's why we offer exciting Preschool Martial Arts classes where students ages 2-5 can learn the very basics of martial arts and have a great time in the process.

Special Needs Martial Arts
Martial Arts training has been proven to be an effective way to help Special Needs children develop motor skills, improve their focus, and release their energy in a positive way. At Palm Beach Gardens Martial Arts, we focus our Special Needs Martial Arts training on children with autism, but we are proud to serve kids of any background or need (down syndrome, aspergers, ADHD, etc.).
