Preschool Classes

Our program for young children is designed to engage students' attention through high-energy, active learning drills. We keep the pace of class fast and fun while maintaining discipline, focus, self control and respect. Kids as young as 3 years old learn basic martial arts skills and techniques in a safe, structured, age-appropriate classroom environment. We use lots of positive reinforcement to reward good behavior, as well as to encourage good effort and good manners. We also make sure that young children understand that martial arts is not for fighting or being aggressive, and that they should only use their moves in class (not at home on their brother and sister, and not at school on their friends). Our preschool age program provides many benefits both physically and mentally for young children, and helps them grow up strong, confident and safe!

Kids Classes

Elementary school age children start in our Kids Beginner Program. Your child will light up with excitement when they get to join in the action. We push children to do their best, improve their skills, and work hard to reach new levels of accomplishment. At IMPACT, kids get a great workout and become more physically fit. They learn effective self-defense techniques so that they can protect themselves from situations like bullying or stranger danger. Along the way, they become more confident and self-assured, and get better at speaking up and standing up for themselves. They'll have fun leaning awesome martial arts moves while we help them become, safer, stronger, healthier and happier kids!

Are you looking for a safe, fun, educational place for your children to go when school’s out? IMPACT is the perfect place for kids to stay active, stay safe, and stay healthy. Our large, indoor, air-conditioned facility provides plenty of room for endless games and activities, and our instructors and camp counselors make sure the classroom environment is structured, organized, and always friendly.
