CHEERLEADING PROGRAM
At IDOL we offer Cheerleading Teams, Tumbling Classes and Cheer Classes all within a professional, friendly and positive environment geared to provide your child with all the skills to advance in this sport while equiping them with the confidence to succeed in all areas of life!

SUMMER CAMP
Our camp is skilled-specific, designed for athletes that strive to improve their skills significantly. During the camp, the majority of the time is focused on building the skills your child needs to advance as an athlete for the All-Star Competitive program while having tons of fun. Each day of camp will consist of skill-specific tumbling advancement followed by a strengthening and conditioning session. The strengthening and conditioning session will focus on building the athletes' overall strength, endurance, and stamina while incorporating tumbling. We will also have some aspects of choreography to improve the performance of the cheerleader and deep stretching to increase the athletes’ flexibility and stunting.
