About Florida Gymnastics Training Center in Miami, FL
Abby Perez has been the proud owner and operator of Florida Gymnastics Training Center (FGTC) since 2007. Under her leadership, the gym has become one of the most elite in Florida, with many of its gymnasts earning State, Regional and National Championships. FGTC offers a well-structured and supportive program for its athletes, thanks in part to its experienced coaching staff with a combined 200 years of knowledge. All of the coaches are certified with the United States Gymnastics Association (USAG), have passed background checks and are certified through the US Center for Safe Sport. Parents can rest assured that their children are in good hands at FGTC. The coaches provide a safe, structured and supportive environment for the gymnasts to develop their skills and reach their goals. FGTC is proud to have produced so many champions and looks forward to continuing to help young gymnasts reach their full potential.

BeAKid
School Year Recreational Program
FGTC offers an array of gymnastics classes. Beginning with the Recreational Programs where toddlers through highschoolers can build a solid foundation for success. Our professionally trained staff has developed a curriculum that is designed to develop each child’s gross motor skills, balance and coordination in a fun, non-competitive environment which simultaneously enhances cognitive, emotional, and social development. FGTC’s unique curriculum is based on the development of the individual child. Our classes are not only divided by a child’s age but by the child’s physical and social abilities too. FGTC’s developmental curriculum offers classes beginning with the Tiny Tumblers (parent-assisted) for toddlers; Little Flippers for preschoolers; Beginners and Advanced for gradeschoolers; and Trampoline and Tumbling for the middleschoolers and highschoolers. Those children whose physical abilities have progressed beyond the Recreational Program are invited to participate in the Competitive Program.

School Year Day Camps
When school is out, bring the kids to FGTC School Year Camps, we'll have them movin' and groovin' all day long. By combining basic gymnastics instruction, tumbling, games, and arts & crafts, kids of all levels of gymnastics, from beginners to advanced, experience the thrill of gymnastics skills and have a BLAST! Our experienced, highly qualified staff works with small groups to support each child's natural love for movement and exploration. A low camper/teacher ratio ensures personal attention and maximizes safety.
